Add to simmering marinara, the carrot, cream and wine and stir till well incorporated.
In skillet over medium heat scramble meats of choice together until a light grey color but not completely cooked through. Transfer meats using a slotted spoon to the simmering marinara. Stir till well incorporated. Remove from heat or reduce to a simmer. Garnish with fresh basil florets or strips and Parmesan Cheese grated..
*Serve with pappardelle, tagliatelle or rigatoni pasta.
*1 lb Pasta Preparations:
Bring to a boil 4 quarts of water, add 1 tsp. canola or vegetable oil and 1 TBS salt
Prepare dry pasta of choice to al dente stage, approximately 6-8 minutes.

Drain well and place in a warm serving bowl.
