Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add all veggies and cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly soft and transparent. Stir often. Add to marinara and simmer for 10 -15 minutes or more.
Serve with your favorite pasta.* Garnish with fresh basil florets or strips and Parmesan Cheese.
*1 lb Pasta Preparations:
Bring to a boil 4 quarts of water, add 1 tsp. canola or vegetable oil and 1 TBS salt
Prepare dry pasta of choice to al dente stage, approximately 6-8 minutes.

Drain well and place in a warm serving bowl.
